Intellect is expanding its EAP network and inviting coaches, counsellors, and psychologists to join as freelance, contracted, part-time, or full-time professionals in Australia. You will provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching for clients, focusing on work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance while helping employees achieve personal and career goals.

Formación

• Active ICF Certification is required.
• Experience with evidence-based coaching approaches (CBT, MI, DBT, SFBT).
• ICF coaches with 200+ coaching hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching for Intellect's clients.
• Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance, etc.
• Support employees in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs.
