Job summary

TELUS Health in Australia seeks experienced counsellors to join our global mental health team. Work remotely from anywhere in Australia, with flexible scheduling and on-demand referrals through our advanced case management system.

Ideal candidates are registered professionals (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience in short-term counselling, comfortable with virtual sessions, and able to handle depression, anxiety, and anger while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Registered as Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor with PACFA/ACA level 3 and 3+ years of experience.
• Proven ability in short-term counselling.
• Experience handling depression, anxiety and anger.
• Experience in face-to-face or telephone counselling.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).
