Job summary

Beaumont People is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer (Temporary Ongoing) to lead online engagement across Australia. The role combines remote work with in-person Brisbane alignment, including a bi-monthly in-person cadence.

You’ll manage WordPress websites, email campaigns, marketing automation, and reporting to support strategic marketing initiatives. Immediate start and a supportive, collaborative team environment are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing role.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage website updates and content using WordPress.
• Build and distribute digital communications and email campaigns.
• Support marketing automation and customer journey development.
• Assist with SEO and SEM implementation.
• Coordinate paid digital advertising campaigns across Google and social platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Maintain digital reporting dashboards and analytics.
• Ensure digital channels remain compliant, accessible and user-focused.
