Job summary

Belong, part of Telstra, is seeking a Digital Producer to maintain and build web content with a sharp eye for accessibility, responsiveness and usability. You will drive data-driven experiences via CMS, HTML/CSS, IA and content creation while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

You’ll contribute to rapid growth, speed to market and agile delivery, reporting to the Content Experience Manager and champion human-centred design across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital content publishing in a media corporate, business or agency setting.
• Ability to write, edit and proof-read quality written content.
• Strong editorial judgement and ability to liaise with multiple digital disciplines.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and SEO considerations.
• Experience with Contentful CMS and familiarity with design systems.
• Quality assurance of solutions in testing environments to meet UX expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital content aligned to business KPIs within agile/scrum workflows.
• Plan, schedule and manage digital content from drafting to publishing in the CMS.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into world-class digital solutions.
• Monitor site quality, identify maintenance and experience improvements.
• Collaborate with design, technology and product teams for seamless UX.
• Prioritise content requests and refine CMS to uphold brand standards.
• Provide guidance to Content Writers and Designers and ensure QA of deliverables.
