Job summary

Telstra Corporation is seeking a Digital Producer to maintain, update and build web content with a high standard of accessibility, responsiveness and usability. You will use CMS systems, HTML/CSS, and Contentful while aligning with Agile delivery to improve speed to market and customer experience across digital channels.

You’ll collaborate with design, technology and product teams, prioritise content requests, and drive quality through QA, ensuring a consistent brand experience for Australian

Qualifications

Experience publishing digital content in a media/corporate or agency setting.
Ability to write, edit and proofread quality content with editorial judgement.
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and SEO basics.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Content Experience Manager and squads to deliver on digital experience vision.
Plan, schedule and manage digital content from draft to publish via CMS.
Gather requirements and translate to world-class digital solutions.
Monitor site quality and performance; triage content requests from stakeholders.
Provide QA in testing environments to ensure design quality.
