Job summary

DXC Technology is expanding its Remote Services team in Adelaide and seeking multiple Remote Desktop Support Technicians to join our on-site operations. You will support major government clients and deliver high-quality remote desktop help in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Ideal candidates have Level 1/2 IT support experience, familiarity with Windows OS, and strong documentation and communication skills. You will work with ServiceNow and other remote tools while ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Level 1/2 IT support, preferably in an MSP or enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with basic hardware, Windows OS, and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a professional and courteous approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote desktop support to end users, including executive-level staff, using remote access tools.
• Deliver high-quality IT support to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
• Priorities and manage new support tickets and existing work orders efficiently.
• Accurately document service details, time logs, and job notes in the ticketing system.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and task-specific timeframes.
