Responsibilities

• Research & pursue new avenues and tactics for reaching potential clients.
• Source resumes using job boards and social media to find candidates.
• Negotiate when necessary.
• Schedule and conduct interviews for posted positions.
• Manage reference checking for applicants when necessary.
• Notify applicants of acceptance or rejection.

Job Type: Part-time available (Fully Remote)

Pay Type: $18/hr - $29/hr, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Research & pursue new avenues and tactics both in-person and online for reaching potential clients
• Source resumes using job boards, career sites, and social media to find quality candidates
• Negotiate when necessary
• Schedule and conduct interviews for posted positions
• Coordinate the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadership
• Use applicant tracking system to manage recruiting process
• Manage reference checking for applicants when necessary
• Notify applicants of the status of their application, whether acceptance or rejection
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local colleges, high schools, churches, and other organizations for recruitment purposes
• Manage referral program for current team members, if applicable
• Effectively influence potential candidates to pursue opportunities with the company
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand(s)
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
