Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the primary technical contact for dedicated accounts. You will address complex networking and security issues, reproduce customer environments in lab setups, and coordinate with R&D to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of TCP/IP networking, security technologies, and strong troubleshooting skills. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data networking protocols and security technologies is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for the dedicated account and manage incidents.
