Job summary

Megaport is seeking a Financial Accountant to lead end-to-end capital expenditure accounting, fixed assets and inventory across its global network. You will ensure compliant registers, promote automation, and partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Engineering.

The role requires IFRS expertise, strong financial principles, and the ability to analyse data for management reporting. A remote-first culture enables flexible collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience applying IFRS accounting standards.
• Strong financial principles and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a tech-enabled, global organisation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end capex, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
• Maintain asset and inventory registers across regions; drive accuracy.
• Develop, implement and maintain accounting policies for capex and assets.
• Support external audit and provide management reporting insights.
