Job summary

Sodexo is seeking experienced Chefs to join our remote operations in a busy camp environment. You will prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services, ensuring high-volume catering meets HACCP standards and delivers quality presentations.

This casual and permanent opportunity offers 14:7 rosters, meals and accommodation on site, and potential for long-term growth within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions.
