You will work closely with senior leaders, manage client enquiries, and oversee finance applications across the full process in a hybrid role that blends office and home-based work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, business support or client services.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with clients by phone and email.
• Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls, emails and client enquiries with professionalism.
• Coordinate with clients through the finance process.
• Prepare and review documentation for credit assessments and finance applications.
• Lodge and monitor finance applications to keep processes moving.
• Coordinate settlements and finalize required paperwork.
• Maintain accurate client records and files.
• Provide admin support to senior leaders and assist with marketing activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and systems.
• Contribute to broader business initiatives as needed.
• Support additional projects as the business grows.
