Qualifications

• PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or closely related field.
• Deep foundational knowledge in structural biology, enzymology, cellular metabolism, bioinformatics, or molecular genetics.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing.
• Highly detail-oriented when reviewing chemical equations, diagrams, and protocols.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging biochemistry problems across domains to rigorously test AI performance.
• Author gold-standard, step-by-step solutions that serve as benchmarks for high-level reasoning in AI systems.
• Audit AI outputs, evaluating biochemical pathways and molecular structures for technical accuracy.
• Refine AI reasoning by identifying errors and providing structured feedback to improve model accuracy.
• Work independently and asynchronously on assignments.
