Job summary

GN Hearing is seeking a qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist to join the ANZ Sales Team for a maternity relief contract. Based in our Takapuna office, you will remotely support customers with audiological, product and technical needs to drive positive sales outcomes and strong client relations.

You will collaborate with the Sales Team to implement training plans, deliver remote product training, and identify opportunities for revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer service across

Qualifications

Qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist with industry and clinical experience.
Strong presentation skills and confidence in presenting remotely to large groups.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Fluent English is required.
Experience with GN products will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sales Team to implement training plans for improving account performance in ANZ territories.
Provide high level Audiological, Product and Technical remote support to customers.
Identify revenue opportunities from customer audiology inquiries for long-term growth.
Utilize clinical and product knowledge to assist with audiology and technical support and problem solving.
Deliver Product and Sales training, including clinic inductions, fitting software, and competitive aspects.
