Bartier Perry Pty Limited is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for its Defendant Workers Compensation practice in Sydney. You will handle statutory workers' compensation claims and related damages work while enjoying flexible and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years PQE in NSW Workers Compensation.
• Proven experience in NSW Workers Compensation and Statutory Insurance matters.
• Experience in work injury damages will be viewed favourably.
• Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Desire to become a leading working Workers Compensation Insurance practitioner.
• Interest in understanding our clients and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to all facets of statutory workers' compensation claims and common law work injury damages claims.
