Downunder People is recruiting a FIFO - Remote Area Nurse for an Indigenous Health program in Arnhem Land. The role involves clinical, community and outreach care delivered via road and air, with accommodations and travel logistics arranged.

Reporting to the Health Manager, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide primary care, emergency care, and health promotion in a remote community setting, requiring cultural awareness and independent decision-making.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration.
• Experience as RAN.
• Strong communication skills with Indigenous communities.
• Computer literacy and ability to use electronic patient databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, community and outreach care across remote settings.
• Respond to primary care and emergency situations in a remote clinic.
