Job summary

Pintupi Homelands Health Service Aboriginal Corporation (PHHSA) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the RAN role based in Kintore (Walungurru). The role delivers primary health and emergency care within a culturally safe PHHS clinical team.

Roster is FIFO 1 month on, 1 month off, with travel and accommodation provided, salary $165,000 pro rata plus salary sacrifice and superannuation. Short-term contracts up to 12 months are on offer, with retention bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
• Manual Drivers Licence and willingness to travel by 4WD.
• Minimum of three years full-time broad-based nursing experience with ability to work autonomously.
• Understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal health and Primary Health Care legislation.

• Maintenance of patient information and management systems (recalls and sensitive data).
