• 3–7+ years of recruiting experience in technical or engineering hiring.
• Experience recruiting Life Sciences/Biotech Manufacturing or Data Center roles.
• Experience across Australia and APAC regions.
• Strong sourcing with hard-to-find talent.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC with emphasis on Australia.
• Partner with hiring managers in Life Sciences and Data Center teams to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Source niche talent for Biotech manufacturing and Data center roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping.
• Develop regional market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience across touchpoints.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
• Maintain data in ATS and generate recruiting reports.
• Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives across APAC.
