Job summary

CAI is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our People Solutions Team and support Life Sciences hiring across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on sourcing and hiring engineering talent in biotech and data center spaces.

Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years in technical recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with Lever ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. This one-year contract offers competitive pay and exposure to global APAC projects.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering hiring.
• Experience recruiting in Life Sciences/Biotech Manufacturing or Data Center/Mission Critical Infrastructure.
• Experience supporting hiring across Australia and APAC regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC, with emphasis in Australia.
• Partner with hiring managers in Life Sciences and Data Center teams.
• Source niche talent for biotech manufacturing and data center roles.
• Build pipelines of passive candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals.
• Develop regional market intelligence on talent, salaries, and competitors.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and stakeholders.
• Maintain data in ATS and generate recruiting reports.
• Support employer branding and diversity hiring across APAC.
