Job summary

CAI is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our People Solutions Team and support Life Sciences hiring across the Asia Pacific region, with emphasis on Australia. You will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for engineering roles within biotech and data center spaces, building strong pipelines and delivering a superb candidate experience.

This one-year contract requires prior success recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand environments, and the ability to manage full-cycle

Qualifications

Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand industries.
Understanding biotech environments and life sciences recruiting.
Ability to recruit across APAC with focus on Australia.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC with emphasis in Australia.
Partner with hiring managers in Life Sciences and Data Center teams to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source niche talent for biotech manufacturing and data center roles (e.g., process engineers, QA/QC, commissioning).
Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping.
Develop regional market intelligence on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
