Job summary

Live Nation Australia is seeking a Cyber Operations Director to lead the APAC cyber operations team. This fully remote role guides threat intelligence, SOC, incident response and detection engineering while engaging with executives and business partners.

With 8+ years in cybersecurity and 5+ in leadership, you’ll shape strategy, manage incidents, and grow a high‑performing, globally connected team in a vibrant, music‑focused workplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and/or detection engineering.
• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary cyber operations across APAC.
• Coordinate cyber threat intelligence, SOC, incident response, and detection engineering functions across APAC.
• Act as Incident Commander during major events.
• Balance workloads and optimise scheduling across the team.
• Coach and develop team members for growth.
• Present risks and insights to executives and business partners.
• Define quarterly objectives and resource allocation for the APAC team.
• Collaborate with security and business units on tooling, integrations, and new initiatives.
