Job summary

Outlier is seeking skilled engineers to help train autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD per hour with weekly payments and flexible hours.

You’ll contribute to designing, evaluating, and stress-testing multi-turn AI agent workflows, collaborating with teams to improve orchestration and system reliability. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of backend/AI automation experience, a track record of production-grade software, and comfort with live environments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail with ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
