You will contribute to designing evaluation rubrics, debugging agent traces, and stress testing multi-turn agent workflows. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation and calibration.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify correctness and reliability issues.
• Stress Test Agent under varying conditions to ensure robustness.
