Alignerr is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) to work remotely on AI training. This fully remote, flexible hourly contract role lets you set your hours and contribute to high-stakes AI reasoning challenges.

You will design and evaluate complex problem statements, review AI outputs for rigor, and collaborate asynchronously with leading researchers. Fluency in English and a track record in STEM research are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds a Master’s or PhD in a STEM field from a top university.
• Strong track record of research, peer-reviewed publications, or complex technical project management.
• Exceptional written communication and ability to explain difficult ideas with clarity.
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently without day-to-day supervision.
• Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and solve advanced, multidisciplinary problems with real-world relevance that challenge and improve AI reasoning.
• Apply research expertise to construct complex problem statements that expose gaps in AI model performance.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for academic rigor, logical soundness, and domain accuracy.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to refine model capabilities.
• Ensure clarity, depth, and intellectual integrity across all deliverables.
