Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, and explain what was wrong in writing from home.

This freelance opportunity shapes how AI systems learn and improve through precise evaluation. Eligible applicants can work from Australia, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify observations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment of audio and video.
• Writing a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed and why a choice was made.
