Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, judge prompt adherence, and explain what looked or sounded off, all from your own schedule.

Work remotely with flexible hours. You will help improve how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and respond in real-world tasks, earning up to $15 USD per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
