Alignerr Corp. seeks experienced instructors to assess AI-generated leadership scenarios and provide expert feedback to improve AI reasoning in management contexts.

This remote, flexible contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and lets you work independently with asynchronous deadlines. You’ll review organizational behavior scenarios, evaluate decision-making quality, and help shape AI models by offering clear, actionable insights.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong grounding in organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management practice.
• Skilled at evaluating complex decision-making and articulating what makes reasoning strong or weak.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Self-directed and reliable — you meet deadlines without needing hand-holding.

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training.
• Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, unrealistic outcomes, or weak decision-making logic.
