Job summary

Alignerr is seeking experienced management and leadership instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on organizational behavior and leadership reasoning. This remote, flexible contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and the chance to shape how AI understands human leadership.

You will review scenarios, critique AI reasoning related to team dynamics and organizational design, and provide structured feedback to guide AI toward more seasoned leadership thinking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong grounding in organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and articulating why certain approaches fall short.

Who You Are
