Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher.
Expert command of English (C2) with native-level proficiency preferred.
Strong grammar, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and editing across registers.
Detail-oriented, able to identify drift, ambiguity, inconsistencies, and errors.
Ability to apply style guides and maintain consistency across content types.
Reliable, self-directed, able to deliver quality in hourly remote contractor work across time zones.
Experience with AI data training/annotation or editorial QA preferred.
Hands-on experience using AI tools (Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning.
Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy, fluency, and relevance.
Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.
