Job summary

Sharon AI, Inc is building a world-class AI infrastructure platform. We are hiring an Infrastructure Deployment Engineer to lead GPU node and cluster deployments, automation, and testing for AI Factories.

You will collaborate across Platform, Network and Operations teams, driving scalable deployment and fast lead times while improving reliability and security across our on-prem and cloud-integrated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting at scale.
• Experience with GPU-based systems and workloads.
• Strong Kubernetes and container experience, including production workloads.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and scripting languages.
• Experience building infrastructure automation with Git, CI pipelines and provisioning via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Deploying and configuring the underlying cluster infrastructure from initial build through handover.
• Provisioning and configuring GPU nodes, OS images, firmware and drivers.
• Configuring server management controllers (BMC) with Redfish/IPMI and validating PCIe, NVLink and GPUDirect.
• Connecting storage, deploying monitoring and applying security controls.
• Working with on-site staff and data centre for physical tasks.
• Running GPU node burn-in, diagnostics and throughput tests with engineers.
• Planning and executing infrastructure testing and high availability checks.
• Maintaining deployment code in version control with review and testing.
