ARRCS is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for Katherine facilities (Katherine Hostel Aged Care and Rocky Ridge Nursing Home). This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of $55.11–$55.37/hour gross base plus fully furnished housing and a $20,000 sign-on for the first 12 months.

You will lead clinical care, mentor staff, and ensure high-standard, person-centred care in a remote Katherine, NT facility. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Formación

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
• Appropriate working rights for Australia – Visa sponsorship is NOT available.
• Ability to liaise with a care team and provide management to a small team.
• Knowledge of contemporary nursing practice.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver clinical care for residents.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to nursing staff and Locum personnel.
• Ensure high-standard, safe, person-centred care within the facility.
