Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) is seeking an Access Team Leader to coordinate a specialist team responsible for managing system access, roles and privileges across key business systems. You will ensure access management services are delivered securely and efficiently, while providing expert advice on controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams in access management, governance or compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of how access controls support secure operations.
• Knowledge of the Transport Executive Licensing Information System (TRELIS) or similar licensing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a specialist access management team across key business systems.
• Ensure access controls governance and business continuity are delivered securely and efficiently.
• Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of access processes and controls.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, government agencies and external partners.
