Job summary

Glitch Productions is seeking a skilled 3D Lighting Supervisor to define and elevate the lighting across our animated productions. You will lead a team of lighting artists, collaborating closely with Story, Design, Layout, and Unreal/FX departments to ensure consistent visuals and storytelling quality.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in 3D lighting, colour, mood, and experience leading teams through complex pipelines in Maya and Unreal Engine.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Lighting Supervisor, Lead or Senior Lighting Artist.
• Strong understanding of lighting, colour, composition, mood and visual storytelling.
• Experience leading, mentoring and providing creative feedback to lighting teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across creative and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the overall lighting style, tone, and visual quality of the project.
• Evaluate storyboards, animatics and environments for lighting needs early.
• Deliver draw-overs, notes and examples guiding lighting artists.
• Provide clear creative direction on lighting, mood and readability.
