Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with a range of 2D design work including marketing graphics and storefront visuals.
• Experience creating graphics for multiple formats and display sizes (thumbnails, banners, icons, mobile layouts).
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma; able to export assets per platform specs.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color and branding.
• Comfort working within an existing brand identity and creating variations for campaigns.
• Experience exporting assets for different platforms and screen sizes.
• Designs optimized for small displays, ensuring legibility and impact.
• Strong communication, collaboration and feedback responsiveness.
• Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent file management and organized, layered source files.
• Detail-oriented with high visual quality across deliverables.
• Able to work independently in a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Storefront design: thumbnails and graphics for digital store listings.
• Bundle graphics and visual identity: themed promo visuals across bundles.
• Marketing assets: social posts, banners, headers, and promotional content.
• Video graphics: title cards, overlays, end screens matched to branding.
• Platform-specific production: export assets for Steam, Meta, etc.
• In-app visuals: banners for events, promotions and notifications.
• In-world artwork: signage, posters, textures for virtual environments.
• Brand consistency: follow guidelines while adding distinctive touches.
• Multi-format adaptation: optimize for mobile, storefronts, social, UI.
• Feedback and iteration: incorporate stakeholder input with quick cycles.
• Asset organization: clean, named, layered source files for collaboration.
