Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Consultancy experience.
• Structural, Remedial, or Forensic experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and assessments, capture measurements, and prepare detailed design documentation for remedial and new-build projects.
• Investigate and analyse failures across residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
• Prepare detailed written reports documenting causes of distress or failure, extent of loss, and remediation measures, including litigation reports.
• Draft documentation detailing rectification and remedial repair solutions for onsite construction issues and damaged structures.
• Oversee project management of remedial building rectifications to ensure high-quality outcomes and on-time delivery.
• Provide tailored recommendations and innovative solutions to complex structural, waterproofing, and facade challenges.
• Develop and implement structural monitoring system plans and analyse captured data.
