Job summary

MSS Security Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a dedicated security officer to provide a visible security presence and deliver outstanding customer service to patients, staff and visitors.

You will monitor CCTV and radio communications, respond to aggression and emergencies (including restraints), act as a customer service ambassador, and help ensure the personal safety of people and property on site; a Certificate II in Security Operations and a current SA Security License are required, along

Qualifications

• Certificate II in Security Operations and current Working with Children's Clearance.
• Current SA Security License and Driver's license.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be fully COVID vaccinated.
• Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for patient minding duties.

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. In this role you will:
