Qualifications
- RN with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated professional clinical nursing leadership
- Infection prevention and control knowledge or ability to complete course
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients
- Demonstrated leadership and staff motivation to meet goals
- Understanding of aged care funding processes and documentation
Responsibilities
- Relieve across Community Services as Clinical Manager, mentoring and supervising clinical staff
- Ensure nursing standards align with Resthaven policies and procedures
- Support nursing and allied health teams across metropolitan and regional services
- Coordinate service delivery with a cooperative team approach
