Carlisle Support Services is recruiting security personnel to join our team at clients across the Liverpool area. The role offers training, full induction, and progression opportunities with a competitive hourly rate.

Expect a frontline security position with shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, starting at £13.47 per hour. You’ll work on-site at a high-profile site, ensuring safety and engaging with the public while adhering to procedures.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in front-line licensable activity.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence required.
• 5 years of checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and smart in appearance.
• Friendly, approachable and professional.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job.
• Some security or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Able to interact positively with clients and customers.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow procedures.
• Provide original documents for screening and vetting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure colleague safety and provide a secure environment.
• Maintain a visible, proactive security presence.
• Manage incidents with effective conflict resolution.
• Control access and egress; conduct security patrols.
