Job summary

Meriton is seeking a Relief Building Manager to join the Gold Coast team. You will cover day-to-day operations across multiple buildings, coordinate maintenance, and support leasing activities while delivering strong resident service.

This permanent full-time role requires weekend availability and the ability to travel between properties. You will be part of a busy, professional team with ongoing training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in property or building management.
• Leasing experience preferred and current Real Estate certificate or licence.
• Solid understanding of Strata and Body Corporate processes.
• Available to work Saturdays (4 hours) for leasing activities and on-call after-hours when required.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to travel between Gold Coast buildings.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned buildings.
• Liaising with contractors and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
• Conducting site inspections and assisting with leasing activities.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Supporting building managers during periods of leave or increased workload.
• Be part of a vibrant and supportive management team with strong head office backing.
