Job summary

Stellar Recruitment partners with a major Australian mining operation to appoint an experienced Reliability & Planning Superintendent who will lead two critical maintenance levers: reliability and planning, across a large mobile fleet.

You will influence across maintenance and operations, shape asset strategies, identify trends, and ensure the right work is ready at the right time, with a focus on improving availability and reducing repeat failures, on a FIFO basis.

Qualifications

• Experience leading reliability and planning functions in large-scale maintenance.
• Ability to improve asset strategies and work quality.
• Strong data interpretation and predictive maintenance mindset.

This is not a role built around producing reports and schedules. It is about improving the way a large mobile fleet is maintained - using reliability thinking, quality planning and disciplined execution to lift availability and reduce repeat failures.

You will lead the reliability and planning functions, working closely with maintenance and operational leaders to strengthen asset strategies, improve work quality, identify performance trends and make sure the right work is ready at the right time.
