Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a major Australian mining operation to appoint an experienced Reliability & Planning Superintendent. You will lead reliability and planning to lift fleet availability and reduce repeat failures, working with maintenance and operations leaders.

This FIFO role lets you shape asset strategies, identify performance trends, and ensure the right work is ready at the right time.

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a major Australian mining operation seeking an experienced Reliability & Planning Superintendent to lead two of the biggest levers in maintenance performance.

This is not a role built around producing reports and schedules. It is about improving the way a large mobile fleet is maintained - using reliability thinking, quality planning and disciplined execution to lift availability and reduce repeat failures.

You will lead the reliability and planning functions, working closely with maintenance and operational leaders to strengthen asset strategies, improve work quality, identify performance trends and make sure the right work is ready at the right time.
