Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing FMCG or industrial maintenance.
• Strong background in reliability and maintenance planning, RCA and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyse plant failures and maintenance data to identify trends and recurring issues.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis using standard tools and methodologies.
• Coach maintenance teams on planning, scheduling and work management.
• Develop and communicate maintenance performance reports aligned to KPIs.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to drive continuous improvements.
• Contribute to long-term maintenance strategies to enhance plant efficiency.
