Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Melbourne seeks an experienced engineering professional to join the State Engineering team. Reporting to the Associate Director Capital Projects, you will lead a cross-functional team to manage defined capital projects and provide engineering support to maximise site output and safety.

• Postgraduate engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, maintenance, and logistics.
• Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills; project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering leadership and project delivery across the site.
• Drive reliability and operational performance in partnership with production.
• Manage capital projects within budget and timelines.
• Develop and implement capital works initiatives.
• Coach and develop the State Engineering team.
