Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Australia seeks a Reliability Engineer to boost plant performance, reliability and maintenance strategies across our FMCG manufacturing footprint. You will collaborate with maintenance and operations to analyze failures and implement preventative measures.
Responsibilities include leading RCA, driving continuous improvement, and reporting on KPIs while coaching teams on planning and work management.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a Reliability Engineer to play a key role in improving the performance, efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations. Working closely with maintenance and operational teams, you will use data, analysis and continuous improvement principles to identify recurring equipment issues, reduce downtime and enhance overall plant performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, driving preventative maintenance strategies and influencing best practice across a high-performing manufacturing environment.
You are an analytical and proactive engineering professional with a passion for improving equipment reliability and operational performance. You enjoy working collaboratively across maintenance and production teams and are driven by finding sustainable solutions to complex engineering challenges.
