Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking an experienced HR System Release Manager to strengthen release management across our HR systems. You will own the integrated release calendar, coordinate planning, governance, testing and deployments, and collaborate with technology, product, vendors and HR stakeholders to deliver reliable changes.

Formación

• Experience coordinating end-to-end releases across complex systems.
• Ability to manage dependencies, governance and stakeholder expectations.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, DevOps is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain an integrated release calendar covering Dayforce releases and roadmap.
• Coordinate end-to-end release planning, sequencing, dependencies and deployments.
• Assess readiness, identify risks and manage release-related issues and impacts.
• Provide clear release communications and status reporting.
• Coordinate deployment activities, go/no-go decisions and post-release support.
• Maintain governance and auditability of release delivery.
