Job summary

Australian Retirement Trust in Brisbane is seeking a Release Coordinator to drive seamless technology releases across the organisation. You will coordinate complex delivery cycles, partner with stakeholders across multiple teams, and ensure changes are delivered efficiently and with minimal disruption.

You'll support the release governance, maintain the release framework, manage schedules and testing across SIT/UAT, and lead risk/issue mitigation and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT delivery environments with frequent releases.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple delivery teams.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage expectations across diverse groups.
• Strong dependency management across technologies and change initiatives.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence or ALM platforms.

You'll work closely with Release Managers, project teams, and technical specialists to ensure releases are well-governed, aligned to timelines, and delivered with quality at the forefront.

You'll help maintain and enhance our release framework, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and ensure teams collaborate effectively to meet release objectives. From managing release schedules and facilitating key forums, to coordinating testing and deployment resources, your work will enable smooth delivery of critical business outcomes.

This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane.
