Take hold of a monster opportunity and join Australian Retirement Trust as our Integrated Planner. You'll play a pivotal role driving enterprise-wide transformation by leading structured planning, aligning initiatives, and enabling informed decision-making across complex portfolios.

As a Integrated Planner, you'll sit at the heart of our Enterprise Transformation Management Office, driving portfolio planning, integration and decision enablement across major transformation initiatives.

You'll lead structured planning cycles across financial year and quarterly horizons, ensuring initiatives are aligned, achievable and sequenced effectively. Working closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology, you'll facilitate alignment, navigate complexity and shape decisions that deliver meaningful outcomes.

You'll also bring a strong analytical mindset, using scenario modelling and structured thinking to evaluate trade-offs, test assumptions and inform strategic direction. From big room planning to governance stage gates, you'll play a key role in bringing people together and moving priorities forward with clarity and confidence.

This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane and Sydney.

• Develop clear, decision-ready materials and support senior stakeholders with portfolio messaging.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure initiatives are achievable and strategically aligned.
