Job summary

youX is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to manage a portfolio of clients, from onboarding through renewal, ensuring smooth operations and value delivery on the platform.

You will build trusted relationships with dealership staff, lenders and brokers, coordinate requests, and support onboarding, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and delivering a consistent, professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day contact for your portfolio of dealer, broker and lender clients, from onboarding through to renewal.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, becoming their go-to for all things youX.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure they're resolved promptly, working closely with Product, Support and Development teams.
• Manage account administration, documentation and system updates, keeping accurate customer records.
• Support new customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Monitor account health and activity, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and flag risks to retention early.

We're on a mission to make finance simpler, smarter and more connected, and we're looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator to help deliver an outstanding experience to our customers.

The Role

You'll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating requests and managing account administration to supporting onboarding and building strong relationships, you'll play a key role in helping our customers get real, measurable value from the youX platform.

What You'll Do

• Be the primary day-to-day contact for your portfolio of dealer, broker and lender clients, from onboarding through to renewal.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, becoming their go-to for all things youX.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure they're resolved promptly, working closely with Product, Support and Development teams.
• Manage account administration, documentation and system updates, keeping accurate customer records.
• Support new customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Monitor account health and activity, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and flagging any risks to retention early.
• Help coordinate customer communications, training and product updates.
• Represent youX at partner reviews and demos as needed.
• Ensure customers receive a consistent, professional and friendly experience every time they interact with youX.

About You

• Have experience in customer relations and account management — whether that's customer service, customer success, account coordination or client relationship management.
• Enjoy building genuine relationships with people.
• Are highly organised and love keeping things on track, with great attention to detail.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging everyone from dealership staff to lender contacts.
• Are proactive, resourceful and enjoy solving problems.
• Work well independently and as part of a collaborative team — self-starter discipline suited to remote work.
• Are comfortable learning new systems and technology, including CRM platforms.

What would help your applicatation

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, banking, automotive or financial services.
• Experience in Broker, Dealer or OEM leading platforms.
• Experience using CRM platforms or customer success tooling.
• Knowledge of the Australian asset or automotive finance ecosystem.
