Job summary

Citywide LPI is seeking a Relationship Manager in Parramatta to drive end-to-end loan submissions, liaise with brokers and lenders, and ensure timely, compliant processing. This full-time role is based in our Parramatta office and offers exposure to varied deal flow and client interactions.

You will verify client documents, structure deals to meet credit policies, and proactively manage timelines to move applications through to approval. A detail-oriented, proactive communicator will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mortgage processing, banking or financial services.
• Solid understanding of lender credit policies and lending documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with ApplyOnline or similar lodgement platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and you catch what others miss.
• A clear communicator with brokers, clients and lenders alike.
• Self-managed and proactive; you don’t wait to be told to follow up.
• CRM experience and comfort working across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end loan submission process, preparing and lodging applications via platforms including ApplyOnline with accuracy and speed.
• Verify and assess client documentation including income, identification and expenses, ensuring every file is complete and compliant before it moves forward.
• Partner with brokers to structure deals that meet lender credit policies, contributing to outcomes that actually get approved.
• Proactively chase outstanding documents and keep clients informed at every stage, because no one should have to wonder where their application is.
• Monitor application progress with lenders and follow up decisively to keep deals moving.
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM records so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Uphold compliance and regulatory standards across every file, every time.

The Role

This isn't a sit-and-wait position. As our Relationship Manager, you'll be in the engine room of every deal, the person who makes sure applications are tight, compliant, and moving. You'll work closely with our brokers, our clients, and our lenders to get deals over the line efficiently and professionally.

This is a full-time position based in our Parramatta office.
