Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Exposure to consumer lending is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand current and future financial needs.
• Identify and respond with appropriate banking solutions.
• Manage loan maintenance requests (top-ups, pricing, variations).
• Refer opportunities to specialist teams (Home Lending, Business Banking).
• Book appointments and maintain regular contact to deepen relationships.
