Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of equity research experience covering REITs sector.
• CA/CFA qualification, and/or Bachelor/Master in finance or economics.
• Strong understanding of Australia REITs and macro economy.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong financial modelling and accounting fundamentals.
• Analytical thinker with client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze individual companies in the Australia REITs sector and publish reports.
• Collaborate with REITs team on industry projects and market analysis.
• Produce regular findings summaries and contribute to sector views.
• Develop financial models and interpret market events.
• Build relationships with Equities sales force, traders, clients, and management.
• Provide guidance to junior team members to develop skills.
